             Foreign indirect investment is an investment by non-residents in the State in  securities (shares) or debt instruments (bonds) in the local stock market by buying and holding it to take advantage of the benefits of the bond and stock returns, or solding it to take advantage of price fluctuations and get a profit, provided that the investor does not have the right to participate in the management or decision-making or control of the project.
